Pick a chair in which you can sit and are able to keep your knee at 90 degrees and your foot flat on the floor. Place a mat under the box to keep it from slipping if your floor is slippery.
Now start to work your foot into the foam. Once you start, keep working your foot in until you feel the bottom of the box in both the heel and the ball of your foot. Do NOT stand up!
Next, press your foot down from your knee, then bend forward and work your toes down to the bottom of the box also.
When your foot is at the bottom of the box, both heel and the ball of your foot and your toes are worked down, then lift your foot straight up out of the box.
